Community Service

It's never too early to start your community service hours. Graduation requires 20 hours and NJROTC requires 5 hours per advancement cycle. So why not just document your hours properly and use them both for grad requirements and the NJROTC advancement cycle? Community service is one of the things colleges look at so its great to have one that you are dedicated to. There's even a scholarship given out to the student who has accumulated the most hours. Here is the Community Service packet from P-9 Mr. Ribovich. Our NJROTC operations officer will also provide you with some community service opportunities throughout the year but don't limit yourself to only those. Take responsibility for your own and start getting these hours!
